We are pleased to present our development project, "Rheinpark-Residenz," located in a unique setting just a short distance from the Rhine in Unkel.

We are comprehensively renovating this expansive, park-like residential complex on Scheurener Straße and repositioning it for age-appropriate, barrier-free living. After years of inactivity, we are bringing the ensemble back to life step by step: the buildings, technical systems, and outdoor areas are being fundamentally repaired, modernized, and carefully developed. The result will be contemporary apartments that combine modern comfort with the exceptional quality of life offered by the Rhine location—with the goal of creating permanently attractive housing in Unkel for independent living in later years.
