Ecology

Ecological responsibility is a key pillar in the long-term sustainable orientation of Loosen & de Graaf. For this reason, we have taken measures to reduce our negative impact on the environment and to consciously counteract it.

Partnership with the organization ClimatePartner to offset our operational greenhouse gas emissions.

New construction of publicly subsidized, energetically renovated, and energy-efficient apartments. Through these measures, we reduce the carbon footprint of our buildings.

Society

Our responsibility to society is a personal priority for us, which is why we actively incorporate the needs of the region and the community into our project planning.

Since June 2020, Loosen & de Graaf has been a member of the non-profit organization Pledge 1%, through which we donate 1% of our annual profit to charitable causes selected by our entire staff.

We are steadily increasing our commitment to public housing. In our new construction projects, we focus primarily on publicly subsidized and energy-efficient apartments.
