In addition to the projects we carry out on our own books, we collaborate with external investors through joint ventures and club deals. For many years, we have been co-investing in real estate projects with a well-established circle of local entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. We offer our investors participation in the form of shares in project companies or debt investments, starting at a minimum investment amount of €1,0 Mio.
