In 2018, we acquired a listed multi-family house in the Frankenberger Viertel.
By the end of 2020, the building had undergone a complete gut renovation, the facade was refurbished, and a new apartment layout was implemented. Furthermore, a new building with a view of the park behind it will be completed in the rear courtyard area by the end of 2022.
