In 2020, we acquired a property ensemble in Stolberg-Breinig.
By 2022, a new development plan is to be created for the site, providing for spacious, 2-3 story residential buildings with a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 5,000 sqm. We will implement a mix of privately financed and publicly subsidized apartments on the property.
